- Support auction operations by keeping lanes, staging areas, and traffic flow properly maintained and organized
- Coordinate with operations, reconditioning, and yard teams to support auction day readiness
- Monitor and maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, vendor services, and property-related expenses
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues, emergencies, or service requests
- Championing a safe workplace and make safety the highest priority on the property
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial, automotive, or large-facility environment
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle
The Perfect Personality Match
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of the property and treats it like it's their own
- Stay calm and solutions-focused when something needs fixing fast
- Is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities across a large property
- Build strong working relationships with vendors, teammates, and other departments
- Leads with safety in everything they do
- Doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and working outdoors in all types of weather
