Consumer Lending Manager in Merrill, Wisconsin at Park City Credit Union

Park City Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Manager to lead and support the growth of our consumer lending operations.

The Consumer Lending Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of direct consumer loan origination and staff development, to include lending operations, portfolio management, leadership and staff development, compliance and risk management, reporting and strategic planning. This position ensures the consumer lending department achieves production goals while maintaining strong credit quality, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service. The Consumer Lending Manager works closely with senior management to develop lending strategies that support organizational growth and profitability.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of consumer lending experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership or management experience.
• Strong background in underwriting, loan operations, and portfolio management.
• Experience in a bank, credit union, or other financial institution preferred.
