Requirements:
  • Previous senior-level experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably within B2B industrial markets.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, customer acquisition, account development, and business expansion.
  • Strong experience managing B2B industrial portfolios and developing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct commercial negotiations and manage contracts, payment conditions, delivery terms, and other business requirements.
  • Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and consistently pursue established targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor sales indicators, prepare performance reports, and translate market information into commercial actions.
  • Willingness and availability to support market expansion across different regions of Brazil, including South, Southeast, North, and Northeast.
  • Degree and/or technical education in a relevant field.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in an autonomous remote environment.
Benefits:
  • Remote work model.
  • Senior-level commercial opportunity with significant autonomy.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to business expansion and new market development.
  • Exposure to B2B industrial customers and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Opportunity to build and manage a broad customer portfolio across multiple Brazilian regions.
