We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, and Memory Care. We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various full-time and part-time shifts

Available Shifts for Full-Time, Part-Time, EOW:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Duties:

Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.Maintain a hygienic environment.Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.

Requirements:

CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.
