Shipping Forklift Operator in Archbold, Ohio at Napoleon Spring Works, Inc

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious 1st shift Forklift Driver to join our Shipping Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced with warehouse operations and forklift equipment.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  
• Load and unload trucks, verifying materials and quantities
  
• Move, stack, and organize pallets and freight in the shipping area
  
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and wrapping
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping dock
  
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules
  
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
  

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and processes
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
