Resident Case Manager in Bakersfield, California at Community Action Partnership of Kern

SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Client Services (CS) Program Supervisor, the Resident Case Manager provides individualized, trauma-informed, and person-centered case management services to formerly homeless individuals and families residing in Permanent Supportive Housing. This position plays a vital role in helping residents stabilize, maintain housing, and improve overall quality of life by building trusting relationships, promoting self-determination, and coordinating supportive services based on resident-identified goals and needs.
