What You’ll Do
  • Take full control of the customer experience from first contact to delivery
  • Build trust quickly with a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients
  • Guide customers confidently through the buying process
  • Follow a proven sales system while bringing your own closing style
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Generate repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven automotive sales experience (required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong closing skills—you ask for the deal and win it
  • Competitive mindset with high personal accountability
  • Professional communication and disciplined follow-up

Compensation
$125,000 – $225,000+ (top performers earn more)
Base salary + aggressive commission structure + monthly bonuses
