The PALM Health Navigator & Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in creating exceptional member experiences while maximizing member satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention. This highly collaborative role serves as a trusted partner to members, helping them fully utilize their PALM Health membership while ensuring a seamless, personalized experience throughout their membership.

Requirements:

The primary responsibility of this position is to guide members through the membership renewal process. Through proactive outreach and meaningful conversations, the Navigator connects with members to understand their experience, celebrate their progress, identify opportunities to maximize any remaining membership benefits, and ensure they are receiving the greatest possible value from their membership. The Navigator thoughtfully reviews renewal options, helps members explore solutions if their health goals or interests have evolved, addresses questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism, and facilitates a smooth, personalized renewal experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in membership management, community engagement, or related roles

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse groups

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
