  • Ensure compliance with agency and client SOPs, industry regulations, and applicable requirements, including PhRMA and Open Payments guidelines.
  • Supervise and support medical, regulatory, and legal review processes, including document submissions through systems such as Veeva.
  • Participate in onsite client meetings, advisory boards, congress activities, and speaker programs when required.
  • Coach and support junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and workload prioritization.
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharmaceutical marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, therapeutic landscapes, and the drug development process.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, SOW development, budget management, and profitability considerations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process adherence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
  • Familiarity with document submission and medical review platforms such as Veeva PromoMats is preferred.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a dependable, client-focused approach.
