About Us

The Program Manager will manage the administrative, operational, and programmatic activities of the HRSA-funded Primary Care Training and Enhancement—Residency Training in Street Medicine (PCTE-RTSM) program, ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and evaluation. The Program Manager will work closely with the Project Director, residency leadership, faculty, community-based organizations (CBOs), and institutional partners. This is a part-time position (50%).



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
  • Manage implementation of grant activities, including resident rotations, faculty and preceptor schedules, educational programming, and training activities.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and program operations to ensure alignment with HRSA requirements.
  • Serve as a primary liaison among the residency program, CBOs, institutional partners, and HRSA.
  • Manage budget tracking, grant expenditures, and documentation in collaboration with the Project Director and institutional grants/finance teams.
  • Manage program data collection, evaluation, performance metrics, and required reporting.
  • Plan and implement faculty development, preceptor training, educational workshops, and other grant-supported activities.
  • Coordinate program meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Support curriculum development, educational resources, and resident participation in grant-supported conferences.


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, grants administration, medical education, community health, or a related field preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings and working collaboratively with faculty, residents, institutional teams, and community partners.
  • Ability to effectively track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.

Minimum Salary Range:
USD $38.46/Hr.

Maximum Salary Range:
USD $43.59/Hr.
