Warehouse Operations Team Member in Tulsa, Oklahoma at ALLIANCE WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT INC

Alliance Workforce Management is hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at a busy distribution facility in Tulsa. This role focuses on loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing packages while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

The Warehouse Associate assists with incoming and outgoing shipments, organizes inventory, and supports warehouse leadership with general operational tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and teamwork.

• Load, unload, and sort packages of various sizes.
• Support warehouse management with inventory organization and workspace cleanliness.
• Use handheld scanners, basic computer systems, and warehouse tools after training.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely.
• Willingness to learn new systems and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• English required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• On-site role at Tulsa, OK 74134
• Must be able to commute or relocate before starting.

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Frequent handling of packages and warehouse materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Two positions available. Two shifts available: 6am to 3pm or 11am to 8pm
