This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Project Manager (Tax Reform) based in Italy.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity to lead a strategic SAP tax reform project within a global pharmaceutical environment.
You will take ownership of project planning, execution, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery coordination.
The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, connecting stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants across regions.
You’ll help ensure SAP-related business and system changes are delivered according to scope, priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
The position offers significant exposure to international teams and complex corporate environments.
Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills will be essential to keeping the project moving.
The engagement is initially planned for six months, with the possibility of extension, and requires advanced English for daily global collaboration.

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and business objectives.

• Own and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams, ensuring responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables remain clearly aligned.

• Serve as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project participants.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential impacts to delivery.

• Define appropriate mitigation actions and escalations to address project risks and obstacles.

• Lead project meetings and provide clear, structured, and timely status updates to stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication and alignment across international teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.

• Support the successful implementation of SAP-related business and system changes associated with tax reform initiatives.

• Maintain strong project governance and ensure key decisions, actions, milestones, and deliverables are appropriately tracked.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum throughout the project.

• 8+ years of professional experience, including substantial experience in project management.

• Proven experience managing and coordinating SAP projects from planning through delivery.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate global and cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments.

• Experience working directly with international stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery visibility.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, determine appropriate actions, and escalate effectively.

• Availability to work four hours per day during Brazilian business hours.

• Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD is preferred.

• Previous experience with tax reform, fiscal transformation, or related regulatory projects is an advantage.

• Experience managing SAP programs within large global organizations is a plus.

• Experience coordinating distributed international teams and stakeholders is highly valued.

• Contract duration: Initial six-month contract, with potential for extension.

• Work arrangement: 100% remote.

• Schedule: Part-time, four hours per day during Brazilian business hours.
