Job Description

Job Description – Driver Helper Associate

A full-time position working out of the Douglas, GA facility. The position accompanies Class A CDL delivery drivers on delivery routes and assists in the unloading of products at customers’ locations. Position will utilize a two-wheel dolly to transport cases down the ramp of a trailer and into the customers’ locations. Other required duties and attributes:

  • Works in all temperature environments; frozen, refrigerated and dry on the trailer.
  • Job requires bending, reaching, standing and walking
  • Must be able to lift 80 pounds unassisted
  • Competitive hourly rate, $16.50/hour.
  • Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with others
  • Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Other duties as needed

Williams is a drug free workplace. Hours will be Monday – Friday, approximately 8 hours a day but mandatory overtime when needed. On rare occasions weekend work will be requested as needed. Please apply in person at the address below:
