Women's Locker Room Attendant [Female Candidates] in Atherton, California at Menlo Circus Club

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for housekeeping in the gym and locker rooms and performing other duties on the campus as needed. Female candidates only.

• Cleans locker rooms, Tennis Lounge, Turf Club, and kids’ area.
• Ensures directive signage is provided while working in opposite-sex areas.
• Cleans bathrooms; wipes countertops, polishes mirrors, replenishes supplies such as tissues, towels, and soap.
• Weekly window cleaning outside of Clubhouse perimeter windows.
• Clean interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Dusts woodwork, partitions, ledges, baseboards, and high dusting as requested.
• Ensure walls, floors, and furniture are free of marks, dust, and cobwebs.
• Performs other janitorial duties as assigned.
• Empties all wastebaskets; removes trash.
• Sweeps exterior entrances, cleans floor mats.
• Vacuums carpets in offices, trophy room, and cleans tennis and aquatics office weekly; polishes wood, mops tile floors (or as needed).
• Cleans gym, disinfects exercise equipment, picks up garbage, towels, and other debris as needed.
• Cleans administrative offices as directed by management.
• Weekly window cleaning outside of the Clubhouse perimeter windows

The position requires individuals to work holidays and weekends

This is an 11:00 am - 7:00 pm shift

Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States

$20.00-21.00 USD Hourly, Free Meals, six days a week, and paid 30-minute meal breaks. Pay depends on experience.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write & speak fluent English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Some experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering facility of similar caliber preferred
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing as needed
• Must be available on weekends and holidays

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand and walk constantly (more than 2/3 of the shift, up to 8 hours per day).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, kneel, and squat frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the shift).
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the waist occasionally (up to 1/3 of the shift).
• Must be able to pull, push, move, carry, and lift objects up to 50 pounds occasionally to frequently as required by the job.
• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands; fine motor skills required for cleaning/detail work.
• May be required to climb stairs or step ladders occasionally.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions (e.g., wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming) frequently.
• Must have sufficient visual acuity to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Environmental Conditions:

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with possible exposure to sunlight, wind, cold, heat, and wet or slippery surfaces.
• May be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, and moderate noise levels; use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
