Join Us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

The Clinical TA Specialist is an individual-contributor recruiter who owns full-cycle recruiting for BCBA-credentialed positions across the organization - including BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Assessment Specialists, Clinical Quality roles, and other BCBA-level positions as identified.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter who can effectively source, attract, and hire high-quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and achieve organizational hiring goals.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clinical leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBA-level and other assigned positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, social media, and industry organizations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop job postings, hiring criteria, and candidate profiles.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Escalate hiring challenges and recommend solutions to keep searches on track.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals, BCBAs, or comparable clinical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent
  • Track record of filling ‘difficult to fill’ roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional recruiting sources

Work Location & Hours

This is a remote role available to candidates located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

Periodic travel is required. Team members must be able to visit one of our Early Intervention Centers within their first 90 days of employment and attend in-person meetings or events up to two times per year thereafter.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
