Compensation

• $46–$75 per visit/hour (pay varies based on employment type, experience, and location)
• W-2 or 1099 options

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy under SLP supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete visit documentation
• Support caregivers through education
• Monitor treatment outcomes
• Communicate with supervising therapists
