Bring your eye for design and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences to William Ryan Homes!

We are seeking an organized, creative, and customer-focused Design Center Manager/Specialist to guide homebuyers through the exciting process of selecting the finishes, colors, and design options that bring their new home to life.

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through product, finish, color, and upgrade selections.
  • Schedule and conduct Design Center appointments within required timelines.
  • Create a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Accurately enter selections into Envision and the company’s ERP system.
  • Maintain organized customer records, documents, and photographs.
  • Manage the physical Design Center and virtual Envision platform, ensuring products, pricing, descriptions, and photos remain current.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Purchasing, and administrative teams.
  • Assist with selections for model and inventory homes.
  • Maintain exterior color records and community monotony requirements.
  • Stay current on design trends and support the introduction of new products.

Position Details

This is a full-time, exempt position with typical hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate customer appointments. Minimal travel is required.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of design-related experience or an associate degree in Design.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Residential construction or design software experience is preferred.
  • A positive, collaborative approach and passion for customer service.
