- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth objectives
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiativesCreate division-specific marketing plans in partnership with operational leadersEstablish KPIs and metrics to evaluate campaign effectivenessManage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment
Digital Marketing & Brand Development
- Oversee website performance, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and digital campaigns
- Manage CRM and marketing automation initiativesDirect content creation, copywriting, and sales collateral developmentEnhance brand visibility through PR campaigns, events, and industry engagement
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor Marketing Coordinators and supporting team membersManage relationships with agencies, freelancers, web developers, and marketing vendorsPartner closely with Sales and Business Development teamsSupport multiple divisions and locations with customized marketing programs
Innovation & Performance
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologiesProduce monthly marketing performance reportsEvaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize resultsCreate scalable marketing systems and processes that support long-term growth
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation 3+ years of management experience leading teams and projects Experience within commercial construction, roofing, or related industries strongly preferred Experience managing vendors, agencies, and third-party marketing partners Strong background in B2B marketing and customer acquisition initiatives

- Minimum 18 years of ageValid driver’s license and insurable driving recordSuccessful Pre-Employment Drug testSuccessful Background CheckDigital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising expertise Marketing automation and CRM experience Strong copywriting and communication skills Exceptional project management and organizational abilities Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset Experience integrating AI tools into marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Collaborative leadership style with a focus on accountability and results
- Full-time onsite position in Fort Lauderdale, FL Travel required approximately 20-25% for branch office visits, trade shows, and statewide events Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or any other regulatory requirement.The company is a “pet friendly” environment.
