Job Description

Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Weekend & Monday Day Shift

📍 Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning while fostering a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
  • Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities.
  • Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
QualificationsEducation
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
Certifications
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
  • Current CNA certification in good standing.
  • Completion of all required in-service training.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.
