Mauricio Leon-Risemberg's State Farm agency in Tempe, AZ is looking for an energetic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Brand Ambassador to represent our agency at local community events throughout the Phoenix Valley.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

We are looking for a natural relationship builder who can confidently engage with event attendees, introduce them to our insurance offerings, identify potential customer needs, and generate leads for our agency.

• Represent Mauricio Leon-Risemberg's State Farm agency at community events, local gatherings, and promotional activities throughout the Phoenix Valley.

• Engage attendees in friendly, professional conversations.

• Introduce prospective customers to State Farm insurance products and services.

• Identify potential insurance needs and generate qualified leads.

• Explain basic insurance offerings and help interested individuals take the next step toward obtaining a quote.

• Collect prospect information and accurately document leads.

• Return to the agency following events to enter leads into the agency's system.

• Follow up with prospects as appropriate.

• Help build awareness of the agency and strengthen community relationships.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic brand presence.

• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching new people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to confidently engage in conversations and generate interest.

• Sales-minded personality with an interest in helping people identify their insurance needs.

• Previous insurance agency experience preferred.

• State Farm agency experience is a plus.

• Active Arizona insurance license preferred or the ability to obtain the appropriate license.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events throughout the Phoenix Valley.

• Comfortable working a flexible, part-time schedule based on event availability.

• Organized and able to accurately enter leads and follow up on opportunities.

• $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

• Additional commission opportunities for successful sales, subject to applicable licensing requirements.

• Events may take place throughout Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding communities.

Event schedules may vary, and this position is not based on a traditional daily office schedule.
