As a Communications Technician I, you’ll help install, maintain, and troubleshoot the technology our customers depend on every day, including internet, video, and voice services.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain internet, video, and voice services
• Troubleshoot customer equipment and network issues
• Install wiring, cables, and network components
• Complete installations, disconnects, and service upgrades
• Assist with fiber and copper plant work
• Perform basic splicing and testing
• Maintain accurate service and billing records
• Provide friendly, reliable service to our customers

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of telecommunications and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, and work orders
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license

Education & Experience:
A technical degree in communications or equivalent related field experience is required.
