Resident Care Assistant in Springfield, Massachusetts at Mason Wright Senior Living

Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNA's and HHA's to provide hands-on care and support to our residents.

Our current openings are:

• 1st shift: working every other weekend - 2 positions - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 1st shift: 16 hours per week, requires working every other weekend - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift: 16 hours per week, requires working every other weekend - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• 3rd shift: working every other weekend - 2 positions - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
• 3rd shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
• 3rd shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
• 3rd shift: 32 hours, including every other weekend - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

You will:

Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility

Monitor residents and report any changes

Give med reminders under nursing supervision

Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs

• Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required
• Experience working with older adults; dementia experience preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• We have shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift!
