What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities will vary by facility and skill level but may include:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, sensors, VFDs, and industrial controls.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical components, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.

• Work with PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems, depending on facility.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

• Identify equipment issues and implement effective repairs.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or multi-craft maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or electrical systems.

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

• Willingness to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

• Technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Not every position requires experience in all areas! We have openings for technicians with primarily mechanical backgrounds, electrical specialists, and experienced multi-craft technicians.
