Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Full-Time | In-Office | Burbank, CA

$25/hour Base Pay + Commission | $55,000–$75,000+ Annual Earning Potential

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and customer outreach
• Contact prospective customers, identify their insurance needs, and schedule appointments
• Recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• Present insurance options and help customers select appropriate coverage
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to generate sales
• Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
• Assist customers with policy questions and service requests as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Experience in sales, customer relations, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales environment
• Ability to work full-time in our Burbank office
• Bilingual English/Armenian preferred; Spanish or Russian language skills are also a plus

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
