Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.


We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Input Associate to join our Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly position is an excellent opportunity for a meticulous professional to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our customer data. You will work remotely in this role, requiring effective time management and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks. Your contributions will directly support the efficiency and performance of our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and verify customer records in our database with the utmost accuracy.
  • Manage a high volume of data entry tasks while meeting daily and weekly quotas.
  • Detect and correct data inconsistencies or errors while ensuring compliance with company data policies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to gather, validate, and process required data.
  • Utilize various software tools and systems to maintain records and streamline data entry processes.
  • Provide insights or flag recurring data trends or issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive customer information.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Familiarity with data entry systems, databases, or CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workstation.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Irving, Texas, US))
