Servers must always maintain professionalism in their behavior and personal appearance both with their tables and behind-the-scenes.

Requirements:

· Proper wine presentation.

· Good food and beverage knowledge.

· Experience with, or an understanding of, how to operate a POS system.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Must have natural hair color.

· Professional and clean appearance.

· Must have a genuine sense of hospitality.

· Excellent communication skills.
