Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to oversee and coordinate telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, small cells, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize telecom projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom infrastructure or network deployment.
• Strong understanding of telecom systems, fiber optics, wireless technologies, and related equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
