Job Summary

Responsible for the general assistance both at the press and in the Production environment.

Duties

-Inspect every garment for quality before it is placed on the dryer.

- Assist in setting up screens, loading shirts on cart and retrieving inks.

- Assist the Operator in keeping the press clean at all times and free from excess trash.

- Retrieve screens from screen room when needed.

- Ensure floors are clean and free of ink and trip hazards.

- Communicate with the Operator if there is an issue with the print quality.

- Offer support to the Catcher/Inspector such as: help box up shirts, place boxes on the pallets, tape

up boxes and label boxes.

- Assist in taking orders to shipping or Finishing.

- Clean squeegees, flood bars and press tools at the end of each job.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Most areas of our facility are not temperature-controlled and can be excessively hot/cold at times depending

on the outside temperature. We operate out of three buildings, going back and forth between these buildings

is probable. During these occasions, there is exposure to the elements. There are fumes from inks and other

industry related chemicals. Proper PPE is available. There are some loud noises, but not excessively loud.

Automatic, moving machines are present in various departments.

Minimum Requirements

- Ability to perform the essential functions in the work environment (outlined and defined above).

- Ability to identify and distinguish colors.

- Must possess a keen eye for detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

- Previous quality control desired.

- Previous experience in a production environment desired.
