The Role
This job would be perfect for students who want casual weekend work (or weekday evening).
As an EBar Operator, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting EBar kiosk operations at events across the UK. Working closely with our event technicians and venue partners, you’ll ensure our kiosks run smoothly, customers are served efficiently, and technical or service issues are resolved quickly.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic and reliable individuals with hospitality experience, technical aptitude, and a passion for live events.
Key Responsibilities
Support with the setup, operation, and pack-down of EBar kiosks.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout events.
Monitor kiosk performance and address minor technical issues.
Ensure full compliance with alcohol service regulations, including Challenge 25.
Complete and submit event, safety, and operational reports.
Liaise with EBar team members and venue staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Requirements
2–3 years' experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical troubleshooting abilities (mechanical/electrical/computer).
Proactive, organised, and reliable.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Previous bar or drink service experience.
Knowledge of bar cellar systems (e.g., keg and gas changes).
Personal alcohol licence (or willingness to obtain one).
