Seasonal Assistant in Oxford, Ohio at CREI Management, LLC

Part time short term position- The Seasonal Maintenance Assistant will work under the supervision of full-time maintenance staff to assist in preparing apartments for new residents. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in a field environment and requires a good level of physical activity. Moving furniture is one of the task. .

• Assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Team with day-to-day turnover tasks
  
• Move, assemble, and disassemble furniture as needed
  
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs
  
• Paint and touch-up unit interiors
• Replace air filters and smoke detector batteries
  
• Replace light bulbs and clean or replace vents and overhead fixtures
  
• Tighten loose screws and assist with blind installation
  
• Remove trash and abandoned items; transport to designated receptacles
  
• Check appliances for proper operation; report any issues to maintenance staff
  
• Perform drain line cleanouts as needed
  
• Support other general apartment turn tasks as assigned
  
• Clean and prepare units for incoming residents
  
• Support general property upkeep and cleanliness
  
• Carry out other duties as assigned to ensure units are move-in ready
