Job Description
Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. Our Talent team supports the recruiting efforts of the companies in our portfolio by connecting them with talented candidates.

What We’re Looking For:
- Software engineering experience (any language, any stack)
- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or open-source technologies
- Bonus: prior experience at a startup or on a crypto-native project
About the Role(s):
Depending on the team, you could be:
- Based in the broader New York City area
- You have 2+ years of production backend software engineering experience
- You love shipping products, exercising agency, having a growth mindset, and crypto.
- You want to build n of 1 products, ie, products that have never been built before, and redefine how this space operates.
- Prior experience working with on-chain data and on-chain development is a plus
