This role focuses on working with homeowners, identifying their needs, and driving revenue through consultative sales. Responsibilities
- Proven record of accomplishment in sales with the ability to Identify and target potential customers in residential and commercial markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Proven ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present to customers
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and building rapport quickly
- Willingness to learn company products, services, and applicable local requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full-Time:
· Base Pay: $50,000
· Incentive Plan goal: $50,000 with OTE $100,000
