Per Diem Care Captain (Lead Caregiver)

Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours

We’re looking for a Per Diem Lead Caregiver (Care Captain) to visit clients, ensure their well-being, and help keep care plans up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Visit assigned clients to check on their well-being and satisfaction
• Observe and report any changes in condition or care needs
• Update and review care plans as needed
• Communicate observations and updates promptly to the office team
• Represent CareWorks with professionalism, empathy, and reliability

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have an active CNA or HHA license, or 5+ years of caregiving experience
• Are dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages)
• CPR/First Aid Certified
