Role Player & Simulation Specialist at Ladgov Corporation – Lansing, Michigan

Summary:
Performs scripted roles to simulate emergency response situations, enhancing realism and training outcomes.

Duties:

• Act as civilians, responders, or officials during exercises.

• Follow scripts and improvise as directed.

• Help stress-test participants' decision-making.

• Support setup of props and role-play elements.

Schedule & Location:

• Only required during live exercise events, rehearsals, and site visits.

• Onsite locations include Camp Grayling, Lansing, Alpena, and other field sites.

• No regular office or remote hours.

Qualifications:

• Experience in acting, emergency services, or training

• Ability to follow structured scenarios
