NURSE PRACTITIONER DAY SHIFT - PINNACLE CARDIOVASCULAR OPEL at East Alabama Medical Center – OPELIKA, Alabama

• Performs and documents patient physical assessment to identify priority care needs, obtains a detailed medical history, identified patients at physiological and/or physiological risk. Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, orders tests and consults as required by plan of care. Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.

• Minimum Education
  • Bachelors in Nursing ,and Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of post masters certificate program for nurse practitioner.
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • Preferred one year of medical experience from a similar setting.
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • ACLS within 6 months of DOH/Transfer
  • BLS within 90 days
  • Nurse Practioner Licensed
  • Registered Nursing License
• 
  Preferred Education
  • MSN
• 
  Preferred Experience
  • 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
• 
  Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
