Responsible to the Director and Assistant Director of Patient Access

DEFINITION OF POSITION

Responsible for accurate, orderly and efficient scheduling of patients for Radiology, Dietary, Allwell, Specialty Clinics, Preoperative Consults, Outreach Classes, Special Procedures, Cardiopulmonary Procedures, and Meeting Rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional
-
High school graduate or equivalent required

Computer and keyboard skills required; type 30 wpm

Basic medical terminology course or comparable experience

Two years previous work experience is desirable

Scheduling experience is desirable
