Position Details

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Department: Primary Care Institute
Setting: 100% Outpatient – with flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices

Practice Highlights

• Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availability
• Manageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18–22 patients per day
• Shared telephone-only call coverage
• Strong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and Pharmacists
• Fully integrated Epic EMR across all sites

PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
