Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor on our team, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and exceptional customer experience. You’ll welcome guests, understand their concerns, create accurate repair orders, communicate clearly with technicians, and keep customers updated throughout the entire service process. Your ability to recommend maintenance and repairs, build trust, and maintain relationships will be essential to your success.

Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, friendly service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
- Explain recommended services in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the process
- Recommend maintenance, repairs, and value-added services
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years' Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong automotive and repair process knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized; manages multiple repair orders efficiently
- Confident, ethical service recommendations
- Comfortable discussing repairs, timelines, and pricing
- Basic computer and dealership system skills
- Valid driver’s license
