This Installer has responsibility for: executing all phases of netting installation projects from on-site preparation through final inspection; coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate installation; managing site logistics, resources, and documentation; serving as the primary on-site representative for Netting Pros; resolving job site challenges in real time; and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What will I do in this role?

• Travel to job sites across the country to complete installation projects as outlined by Project Managers

• Manage on-site logistics, resource allocation, and project timelines

• Conduct pre-installation site evaluations and ensure readiness, including organizing tools, vehicles, and equipment

• Serve as the main point of contact on-site for clients, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure all work meets Netting Pros’ standards for quality, safety, and compliance

• Oversee daily operations on the job site, including crew management and workflow coordination

• Track and report job progress using tablets and email communication with Project Managers and leadership

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in appearance, vehicles, and equipment

• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays

• Provide training and mentorship to new team members and peers

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of all tools and equipment

• Submit job receipts and cost documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Represent Netting Pros with integrity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution

Ability to manage on-site schedules, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain project momentum.

• Installation Expertise & Field Leadership

Experience in construction, fabrication, or installation (sports or specialty products a plus), and the ability to lead a crew on-site.

• Safety & Quality Assurance

Commitment to safety standards, job site cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship.

• Communication & Client Interaction

Strong interpersonal skills to serve as the on-site face of the company and maintain client satisfaction.

• Mechanical Aptitude & Physical Stamina

Proficiency with tools and equipment, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Organizational & Reporting Skills

Attention to detail in tracking job progress, submitting documentation, and maintaining equipment readiness

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record per our Auto Insurance Eligibility Requirements

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time
