The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary bridge between our local master craftsmen and the elite builders, architects, and designers shaping Middle Tennessees finest homes. This is a high-impact role where you move beyond retail sales to become a trusted, long-term consultant for industry professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Cultivate and maintain enduring professional relationships with custom home builders, architects, and interior designers.

• Consult on complex architectural plans to develop sophisticated cabinetry concepts, materials, and finish options.

• Translate client visions into actionable project specifications that align with shop capabilities and timelines.

• Present detailed cabinetry proposals and guide project stakeholders through the selection and approval process.

• Coordinate seamlessly with the production team to ensure every custom build moves smoothly from design to final order.

• Represent the brand within the local building community to reinforce our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the custom construction or luxury design industry.

• Strong construction literacy with the ability to accurately read and interpret detailed architectural drawings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage long-term professional partnerships rather than one-off retail transactions.

• Excellent professional communication skills suitable for interacting with high-end builders and homeowners.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Direct experience in custom cabinet sales, kitchen design, or architectural drafting.

• Background in luxury construction product sales or custom home remodeling.

• Existing network of builders and design professionals within the Middle Tennessee region.
