System Administrator at VE Solutions – Maple Heights, Ohio

We are seeking a qualified System Administrator to join our IT team. Our preferred candidate is able to collaborate with the team and internal customers for tasks that foster IT's maturation and the company's growth, such as:

• Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Maintain software and hardware assets
• Work with the IT team and internal customers to dive into, document, improve, and monitor existing processes

3 to 5 years of experience with much of the following:

• PC, Server, and Active Directory management
• Virtual Environment management (on premise, cloud)
• On-premise networking management, from VLAN segmentation to IDS/IPS
• Microsoft 365 (from installing Office to management tasks in Identity, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc)
• EDR/XDR management
