Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to the customers vehicle.
• Personalize features according to customer’s needs.
• Be the “go to” contact before, during, and after delivery for answers regarding technology.
• Help customers feel confident in their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
