• Manage and service an existing book of clients with a focus on retention and relationship building
• Conduct needs assessments and provide coverage recommendations
• Assist with quoting and placing new business
• Support renewals, policy changes, and documentation
• Communicate with underwriters and insurers
• Participate in outbound initiatives and client follow-ups
• Continuously learn and improve through training and real case experience

• Strong communication skills (English / Mandarin required; Cantonese is an asset)
• Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and grow
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous insurance experience or RIBO license is an asset (but not required)
