πΌ About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is ready to do more than just service clients β
π This role is designed as a career-building position, where you will gain hands-on experience across client management, underwriting, and business development.
You will work closely with experienced brokers and leadership, developing the skills needed to eventually grow into a Producer or Advisor role if desired.

- Manage and service an existing book of clients with a focus on retention and relationship building
- Conduct needs assessments and provide coverage recommendations
- Assist with quoting and placing new business
- Support renewals, policy changes, and documentation
- Communicate with underwriters and insurers
- Participate in outbound initiatives and client follow-ups
- Continuously learn and improve through training and real case experience
- Strong communication skills (English / Mandarin required; Cantonese is an asset)
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and grow
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous insurance experience or RIBO license is an asset (but not required)
