Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will work closely with employees and leaders to deliver tailored HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring a positive impact across your assigned business functions. Your responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with proven expertise in partnering strategically with business leaders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong understanding of Total Rewards strategy, including compensation structures, employee benefits, recognition programs, and performance incentives that align with organizational objectives.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and effectively inform leadership decision-making. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and connect with employees across all levels of the organization. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a record of working independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
