What Are We Looking For?

Lake Regional is seeking a professional, dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to join our Clincal Research team. The Clinical Research Nurse works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist principal investigators and co-investigators of clinical studies in coordinating and facilitating the activities of participants in clinical research protocols. The Clinical Research Nurse will protect the health, safety and welfare of research participants while ensuring site research quality by practicing in compliance with ICH E6R2 Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable federal, state and local regulations. This exciting new role requires active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure to practice in the state of Missouri, with a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience in a hospital, clinic or similar health setting required, preferably with at least one year of clinical trials research experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong follow-through, and attention to detail, as well as keen interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, as this role will be managing several projects and large volumes of information with varying workloads.
