Ramp Truck Driver
Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (Based on experience and required licenses)

About the Role
Koopman Lumber is seeking a dependable Ramp Truck Driver to transport materials and equipment between locations and customer job sites. A ramp truck is similar to a small rollback or flatbed truck with a hydraulic tilting bed, commonly used to transport equipment, materials, or palletized loads safely and efficiently.

This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
Best-in-class customer service is the number one objective.

What You’ll Do
• Safely operate a company ramp truck (hydraulic tilt-bed / small rollback-style truck)
• Plan and complete efficient delivery and pickup routes
• Load, secure, and transport materials and equipment safely
• Deliver materials to designated locations and obtain required signatures
• Pick up returns, transfers, and scheduled materials along route
• Maintain basic mileage logs and delivery documentation
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Assist with warehouse or yard duties when deliveries are complete
• Represent Koopman Lumber professionally at all times
