We’re currently seeking an experienced, motivated Service Electrician to join our Lake Norman team. If you’re a self-starter who takes pride in craftsmanship, mentorship, and making customers feel confident in their choices, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

Perform residential electrical service and troubleshooting with professionalism and attention to detail

Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, safety concerns, and service options

Complete a wide range of service work — panel upgrades, outlet installs, lighting, EV chargers, generator wiring, etc.

Train and support junior electricians and helpers in the field

Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate project status with dispatch

Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local codes

Represent NuBlue’s values on every job — integrity, reliability, and pride in your work

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
• Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and blueprints
• Passion for your trade and a mindset of constant improvement
• Strong communication skills — with customers and coworkers alike
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
