• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites to Marriott brand standards.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, replenish amenities, and ensure every room is guest-ready.
• Report maintenance concerns and missing items.
• Safely handle lost and found items.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional service while helping create memorable guest experiences.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow hotel safety procedures and brand standards.
• Must be able to accurately report maintenance issues and communicate with supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
