Role Overview:
The Technical Delivery Lead II will oversee endtoend delivery of complex software and telematics projects, providing leadership, governance, and cross-functional coordination. This role drives project execution, aligns business and technical requirements, manages multi-vendor teams, and ensures highquality, ontime delivery through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
What you will be doing:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and telematics projects across full SDLC, from initiation through deployment.
Manage project plans, estimates, schedules, resources, risks, and quality for enterprise-level implementations.
Collaborate with globally distributed development, QA, product, and business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain delivery alignment.
Present project charters, plans, and status updates to leadership and executives; manage escalations and drive accountability.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups—including vendors, partners, and internal teams—to ensure timely, cost-effective, highquality outcomes.
Analyze project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process optimizations aligned with PMO standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
5+ years of SDLC experience in development, systems analysis, support, operations, deployment, or integrations.
4+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical software projects using Agile and Waterfall in multivendor environments.
Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and strong understanding of mobile development processes (no coding required).
Active PMP certification and Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Salary range - $96,550 to $138,061
