Description: HTI is seeking an experienced Process / Production Manager for a manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing production supervisors, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on optimizing processes, improving productivity, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance. This position is Direct Hire with a day shift 2-2-3 schedule. The salary range is $90,000 – $115,000, with a target bonus up to $10,000, depending on experience.

What You Need:

• Technical background required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Prior leadership or managerial experience
• Experience with continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering or production processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Process / Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production supervisors, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

• Lead and support production supervisors and manufacturing teams
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations and workflow
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process optimization initiatives
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Establish production priorities, schedules, and operational objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement improvements
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members to improve performance
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and improvements
• Maintain accurate production reporting and performance metrics
